Retreats Refund Policy
Our retreats are intimate, high-value experiences that require extensive planning, upfront costs, and committed participation. Because of this, we have established a fair and transparent refund policy to protect both our guests and our ability to deliver exceptional experiences.
Booking & Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
There will be no cash refunds. When you book, please be sure that you are fully committed. Spots are transferrable, but not refundable.
Cancellation & Rebooking Policy
If you need to cancel your retreat participation, our policy is as follows:
More than 60 days before the retreat start date:
You may transfer your booking to a future retreat (credit valid for 12 months).
You may also transfer your booking to another guest, pending approval.
Less than 60 days before the retreat start date: Your booking is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Cancellations by Luna Sanctuary
In the rare event that we must cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive:
A full refund or the option to transfer to a future retreat.
We are not responsible for additional costs such as flights, travel insurance, or visas.
Luna Sanctuary is not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest). In such cases, we will work to reschedule or offer credit towards a future retreat.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and unexpected travel disruptions.
