I founded and launched Textio’s, the first augmented writing platform, first executive leadership community to connect major thought leaders across Fortune 500 companies.
I worked across the company with sales leadership and product development teams to integrate, educate, and facilitate feedback loops for community strategies that directly impacted sales revenue & retention. Engagement strategies included custom online community platform, in person design thinking workshops, 5-Star roundtable dinners, VIP product launch events.
The successful community marketing program helped scale revenue by 600% and closed deals 3x faster.
