I launched Textio's first executive leadership community, Textio Loop, through a series of events and an online platform to connect some of the most forward-thinking change makers in the People / Diversity & Inclusion spaces.
I worked across the company with sales leadership and product development teams to integrate, educate, and facilitate feedback loops for community strategies across all functions.
