about Luna sanctuary
Luna Sanctuary was born out of my own journey of transformation.
In 2021, I heard the call to begin hosting intimate gatherings in the spirit of healing—through yoga, breathwork, somatic dance, sound healing, meditation, nature, stargazing, and sacred ceremony.
It all began in a witchy bell tent tucked into the forest on a misty island in the Pacific Northwest.
it was small. it was real. it was mine.
Then, my entire world crumbled.
I got divorced. I walked away from my home, the land, and the life I built, leaving the tent behind with my tattered dreams.
But Luna Sanctuary remained—no longer a safe haven in my own backyard, but a feeling.
A home inside of me.
For the next three years, I wandered through the void, studying, healing, training with master teachers and mentors around the world:
I expanded my capacity to lead in Chiara de Lucia’s Kundalini Yoga & Golden Humans Leadership Training.
I achieved my 200hr RYT yoga teacher certification in Anusara Hatha Yoga with Lauren Lee, Lucy McCarthy, and Suzanne Faith of The Bindu Institute.
I prayed in sacred ceremony with medicine woman, spiritual guide, & musician LAOR.
I explored the vibrational magic of sound healing with Crystal Tones Alchemy bowls from the Seattle Sound Temple.
I danced through life with Brooke Yantzi and her somatic and embodied Dance Alchemy Foundations training.
I felt Her free and aligned my feminine energetics with mentor and somatics facilitator Ashley Duvendack.
I awakened my wild woman at the Red Retreat in South Africa powerfully led by the wise crones Rhianne van der Linde, Kali Satyagraha Widd, Valentina Leo, and Lolla Odendaal.
I am now becoming Radiantly Alive with Quantum Lifestyle Architect & Hypnotherapist Faye Alexandra.
Through this alchemical blend of movement, breath, sound, mother nature, sisterhood, and mentorship, I have designed a practice to continuously return to my body, regulate my nervous system, and hold myself through grief, joy, and transformation.
Now, I’m bringing all of this magic into the wild.
