THE WATTAGE COTTAGE

The Wattage Cottage was featured on Houzz TV as it became Seattle area’s first 5-Star Built Green certified backyard cottage. Built with reclaimed lumber, sustainable materials, and energy efficient methodologies, this 700 square foot detached accessory dwelling unit (DADU) became an inspiration for building small green homes in the Pacific Northwest. The home was built by Targa Homes and I led the interior design partnering with Houzz TV.
